"We began working with Bridget when my daughter was 4 months old. We spent hours putting her to bed, bouncing on an exercise ball, replacing the Soother when it fell out, and then often repeating the whole scenario again 45 minutes later. Same thing would happen with naps putting her down for a nap would often take longer than the nap itself. We knew we couldn't go on this way and that something had to be done. Is your little one having a hard time sleeping? When choosing a strategy to teach them to sleep, make sure it is developmentally appropriate and inline with your parenting style. It is much easier to stick to a strategy when you are comfortable with the process.

Newborn tip: If your baby wont settle, try one of these “S” tricks to soothe them: Soother Swinging Swaddle “Shhhhing” noise The key is giving one a good try for 5-10 minutes before switching to another.
