BALLOT UPDATE
Hi everyone,
Just a quick update on the ballots. In the initial email had said that you would be responsible for printing them. Meridian has now offered to print them for us. Each business will get 100 ballots along with a new file to print more if needed. I thought it would make sense to let you know before you all started working on them. If anyone has already printed them, or prefers to print your own with your logo, please let me know.
As well, we will collect these boxes on Friday, October 27
th. The contest rules state that this part of the contest ends Oct 27
th at noon. I am going to compile the email lists for each of you and I can send them electronically so you don't have to enter all of the emails from the ballots. This will allow us to gage participation and ensure that everyone has a nice, easy, email list. I know how often emails are collected but never “entered”.
We will then draw for each of the $50 at the Wrap up BBQ on Sat, Oct 28
th. It would be great if each business could have a representative there but if you cannot we will do the draw for you.
Please let me know if you have any questions. As this is year one, we are trying to do whatever we can so that all participating businesses get as much out of it as possible.
