MAS Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the tri citys only source for Gracie Jiu Jitsu. We offer our members flexible class times as well as group and private lessons. We focus on respect, hard work and a strong team atmosphere. All classes are taught by professional and accredited coaches. We always offer our potential new members a first week free. BJJ is great for fitness, self confidence, flexibility, strength, off season training and self defense. We also have a decorated competition team.
