I am a postpartum doula offering in-hospital or in-home support to families with infants (0 to 12 months). My primary focus is helping the birthing parent heal from the pregnancy and birth. I can also educate families on a variety of topics including: infant feeding, normal baby behaviour, postpartum healing and healthy family sleep. I also offer overnight doula support so that you can maximize your sleep while I take care of your baby (or babies!). I am fluent in English and French and service the following areas: Hamilton, Halton, Cambridge, Guelph and their surrounding areas.
