Our Memberships

Personal Training: $50/hr Through personal training clients will receive one on one coaching on proper form and technique as well as have the trainer keep them motivated through the workout. Specializing in adrenal fatigue, weight loss and depression.

Personalized Meal Plans: $75/ month Meal plans are made for clients upon request and are made based of clients goals, lifestyle and activity levels. If receiving personal training, nutritional support is also supplied.

Lifestyle Coaching: $60/hr In a one on one meeting, client and coach will work together to help the client find solutions to the current challenges they are facing in their lives.
