When anger arises, pause and ask yourself, "What's happening for me in this moment?"
Once you understand your anger, then you can take appropriate action. Perhaps you need to have a conversation, practice forgiveness or express your grief. Pausing for a moment of self reflection allows you to decide which action is right for you, and then you can act with confidence. #anger#mentalhealth
